Shipping Delay
11/2 Update: - Power back, but no internet service. Next shipment will be 11/3.
11/1 Update: - Orders placed before 6pm Eastern 10/31 shipped on Nov 1st.
Shipping Delay:
Due to the freak October snow storm which has caused widespread power outages across Connecticut we have no power at our storage or shipping locations. We will try to ship as close to on schedule as we can and there will be delays replying to emails as well. Orders may ship USPS as we have no way to print UPS labels at this time. We'll update this message as the week progresses. Thank you!

Due to widespread power outages across Connecticut we have no power at our storage or shipping locations. Snow Delay
1/12 No Shipping: Due to insane amounts of snow, UPS is not making any pick ups in CT (or most of New England) today and they have details here.
Orders will instead be picked up on 1/13 and International orders shipping by USPS will also ship on 1/13.

Shipping Schedule Change
Temporary Shipping Schedule Change:
We are temporarily running a twice weekly shipping schedule instead of the usual Mon/Wed/Fri:
Mon 4/5 - Shipping orders placed by 6PM 4/4.
Thu 4/8 - Shipping orders placed by 6PM 4/7.
We're very sorry for the change! It will be only temporary, but we may need to run the new schedule through April. Please contact us if you have any questions.

International Shipping
International Shipping: USPS will be changing their rates and API on Monday, May 12th. We are reviewing any changes we may need to make to support these changes, but will not be sure until the changes go live on Monday. (International rates may break, but we will fix them as soon as possible.)

International Shipping options and rates have changed due to rate increases with the US Post Office.
- All international options have changed both their names and rates.
- The lower cost "Surface" option is no longer available.
