This hardware is ideal for undermounting joysticks to your control panel. Follow the instructions on the product page: "Drill a 7mm hole then install the inserts using 5mm hex driver/allen wrench." and you've got a rock solid way to attach your joysticks to the underside of your CP. no hardware showing from above!
