The harness is exactly what it says it is. An easy wiring solution that slips right onto the Ultimate I/O board. It worked exactly as intended.

The overall issue I had was the wiring is very thin and on the flimsy side. So, you have to be very careful with it. Any little snag or tug will rip the wire apart. This also applies to the ground wire daisy chain.

So, just be aware that this will work great but the wires themselves are delicate.

Also, the wires are a bit short. You will definitely want to get the extension harness if you have a longer control panel or buttons that need to be reached from further away.

This product words well, but it could be a little better.

Longer cables to would help. The wires were too short to reach every button on my 2 player system. I had to splice several to accommodate my layout. Any system large enough to need this is likely to be larger than the wires supplied.

Connections for all ground pins on the Ultimate IO board would be helpful. I used one pin for LEDs and the other for buttons. Goldleaf buttons require different size connectors than my joysticks.
