I used the T-Molding to replace some old (1997) trim on a table top in a boat. In some places, the routed out groove on the table was worn, so the T-Molding fit was loose in places, generally around a corner/curve. This was resolved by adding a layer or two, of masking tape over the center T-Molding rib to tighten the fit in the routed out table groove.
The job ended up looking nice, but there was a small hairline gap because the overall thickness was just slightly thicker than 1/2" (my fault measuring). I ordered the next size up (5/8"), installed and trimmed to fit, perfect!
Great purchase06/20/2018 ByJerry Hunter The T-molding was well packaged, promptly shipped and arrived in perfect condition. The dimensions were just as described, and the molding was easy to apply. On a scrap piece applied to a scrap board for practice, I pulled the T-molding back off, just to test the “staying power”. I have good confidence that this stuff will not come out, accept when deliberate effort is made to remove it. Customer service was great! They answered my few technical questions before I purchased promptly, courteously and thoroughly, with further suggestions for installation. Great company.
